As a lifeguard, you'll be in charge of ensuring the safety of our members and guests. Working for Midland Community Center means competitive pay and a lot of fun. Our camp is the place to be for students, so apply now and spend your summer with us.

As a lifeguard, you must possess the following skills:
Comfortable in and around open water with a basic understanding of safety considerations
Able to work in deep water and use watercraft like a surfboard, paddleboard, or kayak
Pass lifeguard prerequisite exam, including a 550-meter open water swim and treading water without hands for 2 minutes
Preferred experience working with or teaching children
Red Cross Certification or WSI certification preferred but not required
Must be 18 years old or older
